Chinese New Year holiday is just around the corner. For Custom Dolls, please place your order by January 29, 2024, to ensure delivery before the long Chinese New Year holiday.
If you place your order before January 29 and it is for a customized doll, it will be produced and shipped from China. Please be advised that most Chinese doll factories and freight companies will be on holiday from February 1 to February 19, 2024. Orders received for customized dolls on January 29 will be scheduled for production and shipment after the holiday period has concluded.
Please note that our US, European, and Australian warehouses will operate as usual and will not be affected by the holiday.
