Cancellations & Refunds:

Sex Doll products that are offered for sale via the Website are made-to-order for each Buyer. Accordingly, the following applies to refunds and returns for any Products purchased by a Buyer:

Since our sex dolls are customized products. The doll may be ready for shipment after 24 hours, and you cannot cancel the order afterward. But you can ask for a refund within 24 hours if the doll didn’t ship out.

  • Production can start in the same day if you place order at factory working hours (usually from 8am to 9pm China Beijing time), otherwise it can start in the next morning when factory gets back to work. If you want to cancel the order, in the event we already started the production, there will be a 35% restocking fee. We don’t accept order cancellation on customized sex doll if we have already made it.
  • Cancellation request before factory production is 100% accepted, no question asked. We used to offer full refund to the cancellation request before the production; After July 12th 2021, there is 5% fee for the cancellation before production, because PayPal have updated their merchant policies, they don’t return the 5% fee they charged even if the transaction was cancelled & refunded to buyer.
  • If an order has to be cancelled for seller’s reason, you will get 100% refunded.
  • Knowing that the order cancellation results in at least 5% loss of your money, please make careful decision before you place an order. You may still change/add/delete some options to your order details before/during the production with/without extra charges, you don’t need to cancel order in this case, just contact us for information.



Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Warranty Procedure:

We check every product manually before shipment to ensure the item is in perfect condition. However, if the product you have received is damaged or has manufacturing defects please follow these steps:

1) Email customer support, providing your name, your order number and an explanation of the problem:

2) Attach evidence (either photographs or videos) showing the described defects.

3)If the damage or defect is minor, we will provide necessary tools/parts to help you repair it. If the doll is seriously damaged during delivery, we will send new component or a new doll as replacement.

Warranty Claims for manufacturing defects must be made within 30 days of product delivery.  

Damage resulting from the improper use of the product will not be covered by the Product Warranty.
