We offer a 30-day return policy, provided that the doll shows no signs of use, including any gifts that were included. When we receive the returned package, it will undergo a rigorous inspection. Regarding custom dolls, if the order is canceled after 24 hours, there will be a 30% custom fee and a 5% handling fee, totaling a 35% charge. If the doll is not customized, we will only charge a 5% handling fee. For dolls in local warehouses that are canceled before dispatch, we will also only charge a 5% handling fee. Certainly, all of our dolls must pass rigorous certification processes before they are listed on our website or sold on our platform. In fact, dolls without certification cannot pass through customs.
